Your Instructor Ken Vear (The last apprentice in Adelaide) has been involved in woodcarving for over forty years.

He specialises in antique carving restorations, sculptured animals, figurines and artistic pattern making. His apprenticeship in 1965 was with Norman Turner & Nottage Pty Ltd. Adelaide. In 1975 he ventured out on his own commissions and began teaching at T.A.F.E. colleges. His knowledge & love of woodcarving led him to start conducting private classes.
